Laura Ernst
Client Services Manager Laura Ernst joined Umbrella Care Management in 2015. She is responsible for handling complex contracts and forms and ensuring day-to-day activities are well taken care of for the continued success of Umbrella Care and its patients. Previously, Laura was an Independent Medical Exam (IME) case management specialist with JEC Disability Management (Valhalla, NY) where she managed IMEs for workers’ compensation insurance companies. She is a graduate of William Paterson University.
